The product was delivered without any damage or other problems (to Romania). Everything went smoothly. I will definitely buy again.

The item was undelivered and I received a message indicating me it has been delivered. I do not know who told you it was delivered becasue I never received anything and I am going to ask for my refund.

1) Payment by credit card would be a plus. 2) The order was shipped very quickly, but we had to wait a long time for it to arrive in France (fault of the French Post?)

On 19.5.2025 I ordered and paid for a Spinlord RD2 table tennis blade in the e-shop. Since I have not been informed about the further progress of the order since I paid for the product, I contacted the e-shop by e-mail on 30.6.2025. On the same day I was informed that they were having trouble getting hold of the table tennis blade offered. They offered me an alternative solution, namely ordering the new version 2024. After modifying the order, everything was already in order. I was already sufficiently informed about the further progress of the order and on 10.6.2025 the parcel was delivered to its destination in the Czech Republic. Due to the lack of information about the initial status of the order at a time when the shop was probably no longer able to guarantee the provision of the offered product, I give a rating of 4/5* My previous experience with buying products from Poland was good and the delivery of the ordered goods was within 10 days at most. Here I had to wait 2x longer for my order. However, I was more disappointed with my decision to agree to change my order to the new version of the Spinlord RD2 NEW table tennis blade. This choice was not a good one. The features of the new blade are below average, I would not buy this board at all.
