I strongly suggest that potential customers reconsider and buy from somewhere else. Here's why
Sent the order 4 days after it was ordered in plenty time for Christmas. Duer to the shipping delay it then got stopped due to flight ban. Ignored my polite request for an update on shipping until it was weeks after Christmas which left me having to but a second pair of trainers as my wife's gift.
Even the comms was rude - "well you've had them so what are you worrying about" kind of thing. Ignore my response too. And certainly no apology from them. Dire!
Obviously, I wouldn't buy a pair of socks (or a single sock) from this customer-care-free outlet every again.

My parcel never arrived before Christmas and DHL said that they sent it back to you. I have had no refund and am not happy with this. I would like a refund. I have sent an email saying you haven't refunded me and had no reply

Took way to long for delivery so arrived too late and I have to pay to return it..... vwill never use again
