When assembling my Luka desk there were 2 manufacturing defects. I followed thoroughly the instructions but in the end it resulted in a perforation in the table top. Even though I sent them pictures and explained how it happened the company still blame me not to have followed their advice. I asked for a replacement of the damaged part but they asked me to pay 40 euros for it. It seems unfair to me.

Hallo, das Paket soll gestern durch GLS geliefert worden sein, jedoch nicht an mich. Es gab keine Nachricht, bei wem das Paket abgegeben worden ist. Ich hoffe, dass sich GLS nochmal dazu äußert. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dana Ahlgrimm

Ich habe bei der Firma Ragaba den Eckschreibtisch "LUKA" bestellt. Der Schreibtisch wurde sehr schnell geliefert und sieht wirklich toll aus!!! (Beim Aufbau musste lediglich ein Bohrloch verlängert werden, aber das ist schnell verziehen, weil die Qualität ansonsten keine Wünsche offen lässt ;-) )

Der Tisch stinkt nach Lösungsmitteln und die Rücksendung gestaltet sich schwierig. Zum Teil läuft die Rückabwicklung auf der Homepage nur auf Englisch ab.
