So many things went wrong with this order that it's hard to pick a point where to start. In chronological order: - I ordered with FedEx, but shipping was done with another provider. Later I found out FedEx isn't available anymore. So why can I pay for it and my order gets changed without prior getting back to me to offer alternatives? - My email following the notice that shipment was prepared with the wrong provider didn't get answered for five days. Phone calls weren't answered, nobody picked up, nobody called back. - When the order finally arrived, I got the wrong product (left-oriented instead of right-oriented). The answer from service was really unsatisfactory, no apologies were offered, instead I was asked to send pictures while I already had provided one where it was clearly visible that I had the wrong orientation. - When I could finally assemble the table, it became apparent one leg hasn't been fully painted. Again, no apologies from service; at least I was sent some paint, but got to finish the paint job myself. That nobody had offered me a partly refund up to this point is a complete failure. I removed one star for every major problem on the way and I ended up with one of five. If you're not sure what could be improved, here are some simple steps that would have made this a better experience. I've worked in sales and customer service with an online business myself, so this comes from experience: - Keep your website up to date. If FedEx is not available anymore, don't offer it as an option, especially not a payed one. - Be available. For a successful business it's absolutely out of the question to leave emails with complaints or problems unanswered for more than a day. If you offer a hotline, goddamn answer it or don't put out a number in the first place if there's nobody to take the calls.

Prompte und schnelle Lieferung; nettes Design; großes Manko ist die Aufbaubeschreibung, zu klein und zu wenig detailliert. Am besten erstmal zusammenstecken und sehen wie es funktioniert bzw. aussieht.
