Customer service team surprised that the customer was unhappy due to system issues. Very poor customer service skills but I understand that this is in your standards to leave unhappy customer even more unhappy after reaching out to the team therefore I’ll make sure not to shop with Lou.uk or Lou.pl in the future. Thank you.
