My bike, ordered on February 5th with a promised delivery between February 10th and 12th, arrived nearly a month later on March 2nd. Despite repeated phone calls and visits to the Caledonian Road store, customer service was consistently poor, lacking empathy and a willingness to help. EScooterClinic blamed the manufacturer for the delay but failed to act as the supplier. Although promised compensation both by Yaseen in-store and via customer service, the staff at collection were unhelpful and reluctant to provide even a basic demonstration of the bike's functions, despite it being a new model to me. Upon mentioning the promised compensation, I was dismissed and directed to email a complaint, mirroring the earlier lack of proactive assistance in resolving the delivery delay.

The order process was good, my only concern was I had no indication of the length of the delivery time during the initial order process. The email support from Esraa and Omar was really helpful. I had received notification the order had been sent however I was unaware it was up to a 35 day delivery from China, I had expected UK stock etc.

It needs to have the measurements for the fittings as I searched 3 pins.
It didn't state the size of the fittings and from the images I thought it would fit my e scooter when I received it I tried fitting it and it doesn't so I'm not pleased and waisted money
